Finally, the time reached when your smartphone ready to give the Alexa support. And now the company has just announced that the Alexa integration has arrived to the HTC U11 smartphone. The U11 owners can now download the HTC Alexa app to use this interesting support.

This is the first smartphone which has the support for hands-free Amazon Alexa voice assistant. You have to say just “Alexa” and the Amazon voice assistant will active on your voice command and ready to hear your request. You can also activate the Alexa by mapping it to smartphone’s side button or clicking the HTC Alexa app as well. Once you activate it, the Alexa on HTC U11 smartphone works similar as it does on an Amazon Echo in your home.

With the addition of the Amazon Alexa voice assistant support, the smartphone now has two voice assistant and three virtual assistant, including the Google assistant and HTC Sense Companion assistant as well. So you have three different options to choose, it’s you wish what would you select.

Moreover, the Amazon Alexa voice assistant has come with the access to Alexa Skills Store and all 15,000 skills as well. So you can do a lot of functions with Alexa, such as listen music, control smart home lights, and ask question what you want.

To enable this feature, you have to download the HTC Alexa app, as I mentioned above. The app is available to install for the US customers, while it will arrive to the UK in the end of the July and Germany in August.
